Co-Founders & Directors: Marianne Stover & Roy Mann
In 2013, Roy Mann set a path on his own after 15 years as a commercial real estate advisor. Industry peers encouraged Roy to spread his wings, after becoming the top-of-game in complex projects and multiple headquarters relocation assignments throughout Seattle. Known for his integrity and ability to connect people at all levels of authority and all walks of life, Roy dreamed of leading a company that would be fully dedicated to both of these attributes – and to full-time all-in individual client dedication.
In 2015, Marianne Stover met Roy Mann at Seattle University through her MBA program at Seattle University’s Albers School of Business. Stover demonstrated a tireless work ethic and a willingness to apply herself through the slow client growth cycle the industry is known for. Roy and Marianne recognized each other as partners with a common desire to build a future Seattle to be proud of, and Marianne immediately helped to focus and refine the company’s business strategy toward generational family businesses and Roy Street Group’s ability to sustain and transition these companies within 21st Century Seattle’s landscape.
Together, Roy and Marianne have formed a trusted team of commercial real estate and development industry leaders who are driven by a common vision for our clients – to play an active role in shaping and preserving their legacy, in a way that everyone can be proud of.
