Co-Founders & Directors: Marianne Stover & Roy Mann

In 2013, Roy Mann set a path on his own after 15 years as a commercial real estate advisor. Industry peers encouraged Roy to spread his wings, after becoming the top-of-game in complex projects and multiple headquarters relocation assignments throughout Seattle. In 2015, Marianne Stover met Roy Mann through her MBA program at Seattle University’s Albers School of Business, quickly distinguished herself, and developed a family business strategy for the 21st Century Seattle landscape. Roy and Marianne recognized each other as partners with a common desire to build a future Seattle to be proud of.
