Roy Mann, Director

Roy Mann has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate strategy development, and negotiating innovative deals as a consultant and transaction program manager. His work has included finding new space for leading Seattle companies from the global health field and the tech sector. Previously, Roy worked at Microsoft where he oversaw their Latin America portfolio and developed a methodology that contributed to his team’s recognition as Fiscal Year 2013 Service Provider of the year for Market Agility. He also co-founded a malaria partnership in Africa and won a 2011 RESULTS Seeds of Hope award for exemplary, innovative, and strategic work. Roy has been a mentor in Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and a guest speaker in the University of Washington’s College of the Built Environments.
